I have enjoyed working with Jessica of Blackwater Goldenoodles for several years now.  Jessica has done an excellent job focusing her breeding program on well-mannered, family-oriented companions that are always happy to see me at the veterinary clinic.  Her puppies are always easy to handle and have great personalities. She is very diligent in ensuring her males and females undergo genetic testing and screening for hip, elbow, and heart disease.   I am very lucky that our clinic continues to care for some of her puppies after they find their forever homes.

We got June from Blackwater Doodles about 2 years ago, the process was easy and the communication was great….…we already had another older Goldendoodle and figured he needed a buddy to keep him young. ….Well June is just that, she is everybody’s favorite, when we take her out anywhere she gives the best hugs…that is what what everyone says and she is super smart, best female Goldendoodle we have ever had…our other is a male.

We purchased Oliver (Ollie) from Backwater Doodle in December. He is turning into a very special pup. Jessica was amazing during the entire process. Don’t know how with having an infant at the time but she pulled it off fabulously.  She had information on all aspects of having the pup from what food he should have to training options. She was always responsive to any questions and we tend to ask many. Ollie was delivered to us in Arizona by a nanny. That process was also seamless and we could not have been happier. Jessica helped me find my New best friend. I have never bought a puppy from a breeder before and was a little nervous. Jessica was patient and led me through the whole process. I was not close to her home so she FaceTime me so I could see the dog and how he reacted with children and people.. I even texted her after receiving the dog for some hints on training and she Responded quickly. She is kind and wants to find the right home for her puppies.. Jessica has been amazing to work with. I was unsure about getting a puppy, as it had been a while since I’ve had a little one. Her puppies are so well behaved, you can tell they’ve been works with from a very young age. I’ve even been able to reach out to her with little questions here and there and she’s quick to respond. If you want a breeder, please use this lovely family! Jessica is not only a great communicator but was honest the entire time. No shady business whatsoever. When I received my puppy he was already partially crate, partially potty trained, and very familiar and well behaved with kids! As a first time dog owner, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend Blackwater Doodles as a breeder. We have had our sweet girl for 7 mos. She was from Fritzi’s Spring 2024 litter. We had started looking for breeders last fall after our 14 yr. old goldendoodle passed away. I had researched and talked to multiple doodle breeders, ready to sell me a puppy right away.
After my first chat with Jessica, I knew she was the breeder for us. She knows her dogs well, breeds with a purpose for a healthy, smart, social and loving dog. Before she planned this litter, she checked in with people on the list to make sure there was enough interest
to move forward with litter. She gets to know her families and lifestyles. It really helped us through the selection process. Even our vet clinic asked who our breeder was, they were impressed with her health and disposition from the beginning. Jessica followed up with any questions or concerns.
